Welcome to the CMS South Central Chapter!
Mission of CMS South Central To promote music teaching and learning, musical creativity and expression, research and dialogue,
and diversity and interdisciplinary interaction. Regional Chapters of CMS provide forums for the exchange
of ideas on issues of local, regional, and national concern. The South Central Chapter specifically provides
the opportunity for interaction by members residing within Arkansas, Oklahoma, and Texas.

 Welcome to the South Central Chapter website! This website provides up-to-date information about our chapter events, and it contains our newsletter, various chapter documents, lists of current Board Members and Campus Representatives, as well as our refereed journal.
Although we are a very active CMS chapter, we would like to see even more members being involved, be it in our discussions on various issues, with statements and articles in our newsletter as well as in our journal, or by actively participating in our conferences. We always welcome any kind of help, suggestions, and comments.
