I am a composer who has retired from university teaching and I am very interested in community engagement, especially in getting people excited about the music of living composers. I have done a lot of residencies with schools and organizations where they rehearse and perform my music and I do presentations on listening and interpretation. Looking forward to this group.

I have done a lot of residencies with schools and organizations where they rehearse and perform my music and I do presentations on listening and interpretation. It would be nice if every performer would "adopt" a composer and champion that person's music.
