CMS has negotiated special rates with two hotels for this program, each conveniently located just one block from one another. The larger block of rooms will be available within the conference hotel, where the welcome dinner and some sessions will take place. The second option has been reserved for attendees who are more budget-conscious. Both hotels have English-speaking staff (fluency will vary) and private bathrooms. A breakfast buffet is included in the room rate for each. Non-smoking rooms have been requested in both hotels but cannot be guaranteed. Availability is limited within each hotel and rooms will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
Please note: CMS has provided both hotels with a guarantee that a minimum number of rooms will be sold. Although it may be possible to obtain a hotel room at a lower rate than what is offered here (such as through an online wholesaler), CMS would like to remind attendees that if the organization fails to meet its obligation at either property, CMS will be forced to pay penalties which could jeopardize future international programs. The discounted conference room rate is $159 USD per night plus tax for single occupancy and $169 USD per night plus tax for double occupancy. Add $30 for triple occupancy. The conference rate will be offered at this property 3 days prior to and 3 days following the conference pending availability. This cozy, 77-room hotel was recently renovated to provide guests with comfort, safety, and convenience. Wi-fi, an ironing board, in-room safe, and coffee makers are provided in all rooms.
The discounted conference room rate is $130 USD per night plus tax for single or double occupancy. The full hotel fee will be collected by CMS at the time of reservation. This special discounted rate is non-refundable. If you choose to cancel this booking you will not be refunded any of the payment.

For those interested in sharing accommodations, CMS provides an online bulletin board for locating potential roommates. Each traveler is responsible for securing his or her own roommate.
