Performance-quality pianos will be available for presentations and performances taking place in the Centro Cultural Borges, the Basílica del Santísmo Sacramento, and La Usina del Arte. Presentation rooms within the Marriott Plaza Hotel will not have a piano. 

Two practice rooms with upright pianos and one music stand will be available for use in the Marriott Plaza Hotel. If additional stands are required, presenters should plan to bring their own. Practice rooms will be open during the following times:

Tuesday, June 18: 1:00 – 5:00 p.m.
Wednesday, June 19: 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Thursday, June 20: 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.

Practice room reservations will not be taken in advance of the conference. A sign-up sheet will be located at the conference registration desk beginning on Tuesday, June 18. These rooms are available for use only by conference presenters and performers of works by CMS composers. Preference will be given to those whose presentations are scheduled on the day of sign-up. Each presenter or ensemble may sign up for 30 minutes per day of practice time. Unfortunately the schedule is too tight to promise anyone practice time in any of the presentation space. We ask that you display the utmost in professional courtesy regarding piano usage.
