The CMS-ATMI Annual Conferences attract over 500 prominent music educators from colleges, universities, and conservatories throughout the U.S. and Canada. Organizations and businesses interested in communicating with music faculty in higher education are welcome to exhibit at the conference.
Specifications and Pricing
Exhibit Tables are located near the CMS conference registration desk. Tables are 8' by 3' and skirted.
- One table - $400
- Two tables - $600
- Three tables - $750
- Four tables - $900
All exhibitors receive an Excel file of conference participants, a listing in the conference program, and CMS website banner advertising.
Electrical outlets will be available upon request. This fee will be paid by the exhibitor directly to the hotel. Also kindly note that Internet connections and other phone lines will need to be obtained directly from the Manchester Grand Hyatt. Contact information for the hotel will be provided upon receipt of the completed application form.
Deadlines
The reservation form with payment must be received in the CMS Executive Office by Wednesday, September 25, 2013.
