Your business or organization will receive recognition:
- In the conference program book
- Your logo displayed on the conference website
- On the service table
Exhibitor Hosted Event (e.g. Wine and Cheese Afternoon Reception)
Pricing will vary. Exhibitors will work directly with the conference hotel for any other hosted event in the exhibit area. Contact information will be provided upon receipt of the completed application form.
CMS will work with the hotel to attempt to place food and beverage close to the host sponsor's exhibit table, but cannot guarantee this placement.
Deadlines
The reservation form must be received in the CMS Executive Office by Wednesday, September 25, 2013. Payment information may be included on the form, but no charges will be made until after the conference.
