Air Travel
Boston Logan International Airport (airport code BOS) is the closest major airport to Cambridge. Nearly 50 commercial airlines connect Boston to over 100 domestic and international destinations through Logan airport.
Airport/Hotel Transportation
For transfer from the airport to the hotel, a taxi or shuttle is the best option, as the conference hotel does not provide airport transportation.
Taxi stands are located outside each terminal at Boston Logan International Airport. Average fare to the Hyatt Regency Cambridge is approximately $35, including tolls, and the 6 mile ride should take 15–20 minutes depending on traffic conditions.
Two popular shared van services are Boston Shuttle or Boston Logan Airport Shuttle, and reservations may be made online for both.
The closest subway (T) stop to the hotel is approximately 1 mile away from the conference hotel, at either Boston University Central Station (green line) or Kendall Square (red line).

Its unique pyramid-shaped architecture makes it an icon along the scenic Charles River.
The discounted conference room rate is $159 per night plus applicable state and local taxes for single or double occupancy. Add $25 for triple occupancy or $50 for quadruple occupancy.
Please note: The conference room rate is a substantial savings from the hotel’s regular room rates. Although it may be possible from time to time to obtain a hotel room at a lower rate than what is offered here (such as through an online wholesaler), CMS would like to remind delegates that this conference rate has been negotiated in order to help the organization keep its overall conference expenses lower, resulting in a lower registration fee than what otherwise would be required.

Internet
Hyatt Regency Cambridge offers high-speed wired and wireless Internet access in its guest rooms and lobby area for a fee of $12.95 per 24 hours. CMS has negotiated a 50% discount for conference registrants, and this discount will be applied upon checkout. There is no complimentary Internet offered in the hotel’s lobby or common spaces.

Parking
A covered parking garage adjoins the front drive of the Hyatt Regency Cambridge and attendees may enjoy unlimited in/out privileges. A discounted parking rate of $21 per day or overnight has been negotiated.
