The CMS National and International Conferences attract prominent music educators from colleges, universities, and conservatories throughout the U.S. and Canada. Conference Exhibits
The exhibit area at CMS National Conferences is located near the conference registration area. Exhibitors have direct access to over 500 attendees at any given conference. In addition to direct contact with attendees at the conference, exhibitors receive a free set of mailing labels of conference participants, a listing in the conference program, and CMS website banner advertising.

Conference Program Books
CMS conference program books contain the conference schedule and other general conference information. The book is used by attendees throughout the conference and as a reference thereafter. The program format is 3.625" x 10.25". Inside Covers and Back Cover also available.
Registration Packet Inserts
Demonstration discs, fliers, brochures, order forms, and similar materials are welcome. Items may not exceed 8.5" x 11".

Focus Groups & Sponsorships
Exhibitor Focus Groups
Exhibitors may wish to hold a focus group during the conference. These may be used for activities contributing to the discussion of music, education in music, and/or its related products, services, or support mechanisms.
Sponsorship Opportunities
CMS invites you to sponsor a conference function such as a coffee break or evening reception. Your business or organization will receive recognition in the conference program book and will have your logo displayed on the conference website.
