We invite you to contribute to two funds that support attendance at the CMS National Conference. 100% of the monies received will be used for travel grants to the 2016 National Conference in Santa Fe.

• CMS Student Travel—CMS provides grants to assist graduate students in attending the National Conference.
• Growing a Presence of Colleagues who have Historically Experienced Discrimination—CMS is inaugurating an initiative to assist those from populations that have historically experienced discrimination (i.e., African Americans, Hispanic Americans, and Native Americans).

The projects are administered by The CMS Fund and all gifts and contributions are tax deductible.

All contributions—from small to large—will be appreciated and may be made via this convenient online form. Checks may also be mailed to the CMS Executive Office at the address below. Please indicate on your check the 2016 fund of your choice.
