In an effort to promote sustainability, CMS does not include a printed program book as part of its national conference registration materials. To obtain the conference schedule, participants are encouraged to:
1. Utilize the free Guidebook mobile app. Using this, you’ll be able to plan your day with a personalized schedule, read session descriptions and presenter bios, browse exhibitors, find your way around using the provided maps of conference venues and hotel floor plans, and even check the local weather. This information will be updated in real time, so you’ll always have the most accurate version of the schedule. You will also be able to interact with other attendees using the app, share photos, and tweet or post about your conference experience directly from the app’s built-in social media features. If you already have the Guidebook app on your device, searching for “CMS2017” should bring up the guide for our program. If you need to download the app for the first time, click here to receive a text link to the guide. The app is compatible with all mobile, tablet, and web devices.
2. View the PDF version of the conference schedule on a mobile device. This schedule may not contain the most current information; thus, attendees choosing this option should refer to the conference announcement board for any last-minute schedule changes, cancellations, or updates.
3. Print the PDF version of the conference schedule found on the conference site and bring it to the event. This schedule may not contain the most current information; thus, attendees choosing this option should refer to the conference announcement board for any last-minute schedule changes, cancellations, or updates.
