This depends a lot on you and your dining habits. Food can be quite expensive in Belgium. Your culinary budget will go further if you visit food courts or supermarkets, or order takeaway food rather than dining in. An average lunch at a café will cost between €14–€20. A multi-course meal in a very nice restaurant could cost anywhere between €45–€200. A pint of local beer will cost €3–€5, and a cup of coffee around €3. If you are interested in a high-end restaurant but your budget is tight, investigate the possibility of enjoying lunch there rather than dinner, as many places offer good deals on fixed-price lunch menus.
CMS will inform its suppliers of all special diets participants list on their registration forms. Every effort will be made to provide options for those with dietary concerns, although this cannot be guaranteed in every case.
