The CMS Fund has generously dedicated funding specifically to support CMS Student Member travel to the conference (support will range from $250-$400 per student depending upon the number of successful applications).
Interested students should complete this form by Tuesday, July 11th to apply for this funding. Recipients will be notified of the status of their award by July 18th.
