The MLC is a relatively new collective rights management organization that songwriters and composers need to be familiar with. This session will provide a brief overview of The MLC (why it was created, the type of royalties it collects, who needs to become a Member of The MLC) and will walk attendees through the different resources and programs that The MLC has created for college educators and students.
