- By adding your name below, you are expressing interest in assisting your colleagues during specific CMS events. We encourage you to carefully consider if attendance at the specified event is feasible prior to signing up to participate.
- Following submission of this form, your name and contact information will appear on the searchable CMS Players Roster.
- This list is assembled for informational purposes only. Please note that placement on the roster does not guarantee that you will be offered a performance opportunity. Furthermore, the CMS Players Roster is not considered a means of application to any conference program.
- All arrangements related to performance or travel costs are the responsibility of the performer. CMS does not fund the travel expenses of performers and does not provide compensation for performance services.
- This list will be updated periodically and records will be revised/deleted following the conclusion of each event.
