CMS has arranged special conference rates at the following hotels for attendees of the 2027 CMS International Conference. All three hotels are located within walking distance of one another in downtown Reykjavík. These hotels are also approximately 20 minutes walking distance to the Iceland University of the Arts (LHÍ), which is where conference presentations will take place.

Use the promotional code CMS2027 when making your reservation to receive the conference rate at any of the participating hotels.
The reservation deadline is June 1, 2027. However, we strongly encourage attendees to book as early as possible, as room availability is limited. A block of rooms has been reserved at the Skuggi Hotel, but once those rooms are filled, reservations will be accepted based on hotel availability.
Staying at Other Hotels
You are not required to stay at one of the conference hotels. However, transportation to and from conference venues, excursions, catered events, and other scheduled activities will depart from and return to the Skuggi Hotel. Attendees staying elsewhere will be responsible for arranging their own transportation to and from the Skuggi Hotel to participate in these activities.
Roommates
If you are interested in sharing a room during the conference, please complete the 2027 International Conference Roommate Finder Form. Participants are responsible for communicating directly with prospective roommates and making their own lodging arrangements.
