ePosters & Asynchronous Virtual Presentations

All Asynchronous Virtual Presentation and ePoster presenters will present their material through an online platform called The Learning Toolbox by Kubify. Presentations – called “stacks” – will be hosted on a Showcase page featuring interactive pages that can host a myriad of content types. The showcase page from last year's ePosters & asynchronous presentations can be seen here

In addition to presenting virtually on the Kubify platform, presenters have the option of giving a 5-minute lightning talk presentation in-person at the conference along with other presenters. The Lightning Talk presentations are only available to presenters attending the conference in person.

Important Dates:

  • October 8, 2026 - Deadline to create stack
  • October 15, 2026 - Mini-posters printed
  • October 22, 2026 - Showcase Page published and shared with conference registrants

We ask that all ePoster and Asynchronous Virtual presenters have their presentations ready to publish by October 8. The information entered in the Stack Summary field on Kubify is used to create both the showcase page summary view and a printable mini-poster that will be displayed at the conference. Meeting the October 8 deadline ensures the CMS team has sufficient time to produce and print these mini-posters.

Please note: while your presentation must be ready by October 8 for printing purposes, it will not be released publicly until October 22, and you may continue making edits to your stack after the October 8 deadline.

Lightning Talks

What are Lighting-Talks?

Lightning Talks are 5-minute presentations focused on a single topic, example, idea, project, or technique. Lightning Talks aim to present one facet of an idea clearly and succinctly. Presenters will have the opportunity to explain the primary point(s) of their ePoster or Asynchronous Virtual Presentation within a shortened time frame.

Lightning Talks will be scheduled during one of three sessions throughout the conference and will be presented alongside other Lightning Talk presentations. During this presentation, you will have access to a projector and speakers. If you wish to use the projector/speaker, please have your Lightning Talk materials uploaded to your Kubify stack ahead of time. This will ensure quick transitions between presentations.

Lightning Talk Sign-Up (for in-person attendees)

If you are an ePoster or Asynchronous presenter and would like to give a 5-minute lightning talk about your work at the conference, please fill out the Lightning Talk Sign-Up by August 14th, 2026.

Please note: Lightning Talks are available only to those attending the conference in-person.
